Courses & Enrollment
Select your course and click the enroll button at the top of the page. The website will guide you through the rest of the process.
Each course has a free preview as an introduction. Any course that doesn’t have a price is free and only requires you to enroll with a free account. Select the course, click the enroll button, and sign up with your email address. That’s it!
We offer zero refunds for digital products.
There is no time limit, enrollment grants lifetime access!
You do not need to be licensed to take any of our courses or to work on your own dreadlocks. However, every state has different licensing requirements. We highly recommend reading our State Licensure page here.
At this time we have no accreditation. However, this is certainly on our radar for the future.
Most of your questions will be answered by watching our Free videos for each course. Make sure you watch the Intro Video as well. Otherwise for further questions you can reach out to Customer Support by clicking here.
Account & Billing
Credit Cards and PayPal accounts are accepted. At this time all payments are processed via PayPal.
We charge a one time payment. There is no monthly or annual recurring billing.
No, we do not. We accept a one time upfront payment only.
Upon successful enrollment you should be directed to the course content automatically. Otherwise you can select the course you just enrolled in from our navigation menu and open the curriculum. Or click on the “Account” link at the end of the website navigation. This will open your account and show you all of your enrolled courses, quizzes, etc.
If you’re logged out you can reset your password by clicking “Account” – under the login form there is a link labeled “Lost your password?”. When selecting that option you will be asked for your email address to reset your password.
Our video consultation sessions are a 2-way video chat so our Pro Team can see what you’re doing, offer solutions, and help you refine your technique. Plus we will answer additional questions you have on the call.
