FULL DISCLAIMER: We only serve the cities and metropolitan areas that are listed on this page. If you intend to travel to us, please select your city AND the city you intend to travel to, and select the request to travel to us. This is a question you will answer within our intake form below. In some cases we may be able to travel to you if you are willing to cover the accommodations to do so, however this will be determined on a case by case basis and is for large jobs only such as major repairs, installations, or extensions.
PA – York, Harrisburg, Lancaster – Booking Availability
- We are currently onboarding the newest addition to our team to serve Central PA.
- Requests for this area will be placed on a list to start booking for November of 2023.
- Appointments booked in November of 2023 will be served by the founder and our newest trainee.
NYC – New York City – Booking Availability
- New service requests for NYC are typically quoted within 7 days.
- Appointment availability is typically within 2-4 weeks.
- Booking times available Monday-Saturday – unavailable Sunday.
- Clients served in a private studio in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
VA – Richmond – Booking Availability
- We are no longer traveling to Richmond however you have the option to travel to our home studio in Virginia Beach, VA for appointments. Refer to Virginia Beach listing for more info.
GA – Atlanta – Booking Availability
- Seeking a new trainee to join our team and serve our clients, inquire here.
- We are overbooked and currently not accepting new clients in the Atlanta region.
DC – Washington DC / Northern Virginia – Booking Availability
- New service requests for DC & Northern Virginia are typically quoted within 7 days.
- Appointment availability is typically within 2-6 weeks depending on location.
MD – Baltimore / Frederick – Booking Availability
- We are currently not accepting new clients in the Maryland area.
VA – Virginia Beach / Norfolk – Booking Availability
- New service requests for the Norfolk and Virginia beach area are typically quoted within 7 days.
- Appointment availability is typically within 1-2 months.
- Appointments for long repair sessions and new installations are typically booked Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday and shorter maintenance sessions are available during weekdays.
- As of October 1st all clients will be served in a private studio in Pungo (Virginia Beach) unless an exception must be made.
FL – Miami / West Palm Beach – Booking Availability
- New service requests for the Miami area are typically quoted within 5 days.
- Appointment availability is typically within 1-4 weeks.
