EXTENSIONS
FULL REFUNDS FOR EXTENSIONS
We offer full refunds for any order that has not yet been started.
PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR EXTENSIONS
For any order that has been started we will refund you the amount for the work that has not been done – the completed Loc Extensions will be delivered to you. For example: If you order 100 extensions and 25 are made by the time you request a refund, you will be refunded 75% of your order price – then we will ship you the 25 that have been created if you choose.
COMPLETED EXTENSION ORDERS
There are absolutely zero refunds for any completed orders. The only exception is if we made a mistake and created a length, thickness, or color that doesn’t match the selections you made when you placed your order.
Why don’t we offer full refunds for orders that have been completed or partially completed?
When you place an order for our custom Loc Extensions you’re basically hiring us to do creative freelance work providing you with a “custom handmade service”. We put a lot of time and blood, sweat, and tears into creating our custom orders which are made specifically for your needs. Therefore, we expect to be paid for the hard work we do and we appreciate your respect for our work.

PRODUCT RETURNS
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless an error, damage, or defect is found with your order and confirmed by us
- Tracking is required for ALL returns to ensure the delivery to us.
- If an item was originally shipped via Free Shipping and the reason for the return of that item is not our mistake, you will be reimbursed for the value of the item minus the cost of the shipping paid by Dreadlock Central
PRODUCT REFUNDS
- A refund minus the shipping fee will be issued for all Unclaimed, Return To Sender, Insufficient Address packages.
PRODUCT DAMAGES
- Items that are claimed to be damaged more than 10 days after confirmation of delivery are considered your responsibility and will not be refunded
- We ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible for any and all damaged items
- All damaged items must be thoroughly photographed as soon as you notice damage and emailed to us promptly
- Items received that are damaged or leaking are either refunded or re-shipped for free
